1. Who we are

This website, planums.app, is operated by DENYS VASYLEVSKYI (sole proprietorship — JDG), registered in Poland, NIP 6772486974, trading as Planums (“we”, “us”). For any privacy matter, contact us at info@planums.com.

2. What this site does — and does not — collect

This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors.

• Language preference. If you switch the site language, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device only. It is never transmitted to us and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like most web servers, it may temporarily record technical data (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) in server logs for security and operation of the service. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is technically transmitted to Google to deliver the file.
• Contact. If you email us or message us on Telegram, we receive the data you choose to send (your address or handle and the content of your message). We use it solely to reply and to conduct the conversation you initiated.

3. Legal basis and retention

We process the data described above under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries) and, where a conversation leads towards a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry or any resulting engagement, and any legal obligations that follow from it.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise any of these rights, write to info@planums.com.

5. Third-party links

This site links to our products and profiles on other domains (for example planums.com, planums.health, rentauto.app, sellbuy.autos, Telegram). Each of those services has its own privacy policy, which applies once you leave this site.

6. Changes

If we ever add features that change how data is handled (for example a contact form or analytics), we will update this policy before they go live.
